Welding Positioners KAP-Series including three-jaw chuck 200mm and foot switch

Positioners KAP-0.5 and KAP-1 facilitate arc welding of smaller components. Their particularly smooth concentricity makes them particularly suitable for MIG/MAG welding, TIG welding and Electrode hand welding. Main applications are the welding of round seams or the simple positioning of workpieces in advantageous welding positions. The Three-Jaw Chuck built on the faceplate contains one set of clamping jaws for clamping workpieces inside and outside. The KAP Positioners can be clocked via the supplied foot pedal or via an external control and can therefore also be used for simple mechanization tasks with superordinate control. The reversible face plate can be used for chucks or as a simple face plate.
