ARTwelder

Our ARTwelder is a mobile welding machine based on a Toucan JLG 12 E Plus lift. It is not comparable to conventional welding machines because its mobility makes it very flexible to use. Commercially available automatic welding machines/cross masts are operated either stationary or on a rail track. The work area therefore always remains tied to a fixed workplace or to a previously determined work route.

With our mobile ARTwelder it is possible not only to move from one workplace to another area within a workshop, but also from a workshop across the yard to the next location on the site. This independence is made possible by battery operation. The energy supply for the welding technology and the air pressure components is provided by hose and cable drums. This means that the device can be completely disconnected from the network and media supply in order to be reconnected at another workstation without any loss of mobility.

The quality and execution of the structure was of particular concern to us in order to provide the customer with a device that is completely impressive both in terms of its functionality and its design.

We are not tied to a specific type of stage. It is also possible to equip larger stages with tandem technology.
